Test And Interview

   Look for 10 words related to my field. And write the definitions of each word, plus I added the example sentences using these words. That’s the test I had today. It’s actually really interesting. I knew these words in Japanese, but many words I didn’t know in English. And when I made the definitions, I had to think of the exact meaning of the words fundamentally. It was hard. But luckily, I have some friends in here who are good at English. So I could ask them to give me some tips.

     I had an interview with my teacher Mike. It was for improving our speaking skills. We had to prepare the topic or anything what we want to talk with him about except related to technical class (related to own job field). I asked him about what English skills I lack now or any advice for me. Most of the time, we don’t know about our problem. He said 2 things. 1, writing 2, body language when I give a speech.  One problem I have is in my room, I have just one small mirror. So I can’t even check my whole shoulders. I’m going to use a window at  night. It will reflect my figure.

I Can Feel You Anytime Anywhere

     My teacher  passed away. He was in charge of my class when I was a high school student for 3 years. He is too young to go. I believe that he will continue to support us. I’m going abroad. But from now on, he can be close to me no matter how far I am. He looks at us always. This idea makes me feel I have to make an effort to make good designs for this  world. He really loved creating. I’ve always been thinking that I want to be his pride and joy. I want to meet his expectation.

デザインの力 Change Your Life Dramatically

合計5回のワークショップ、その時間は40分私がクラスを支配（？）する！
なんて素敵なんだろう。
みんなに考えてもらって驚いてもらって、沢山の感動を共有してもらいたい。

今日は二回目。
難問あり、アイディアを出したり、それらを新しく学んだ概念をもとに比べてみたり。

デザインの力はテコの原理のように、小さな力で信じられないくらい大きなメリットを生む。
たったひとつのデザインが何億人もの人生をも変えうるという事、どうすればもっと伝えられるだろう？
ワクワクと共に。

もっと勉強しなくちゃと思った。
デザインについて、世界について。

     40 minutes into my workshop  and I could dominate the class! Isn’t that wonderful!? I want to let them  think, be surprised, and share a lot of deep impressions in my class.
     Today’s class was my second workshop. I gave them a little difficult question, let them find some design around them, and then we compared them under the concept which I told them...    
  
      I believe that the designing can  create huge benefits. It’s like  having leverage. What can I do to explain this well so that just one design idea can change more than some billions of people’s lives  dramatically? I’m so excited as I say this. I feel that I have to study more. Not just about design, but also about world.

最近私の英語テクニカルクラス（職種に特化した英単語、表現を学ぶクラス）でも英語でワークショップが始まっていて、毎時間クラスメートの誰かのワークショップ（もちろん教室では英語のみ）にみんなが参加するという授業を行っている。

私もデザインをテーマに５回ワークショップを担当。

今の所一回終了…

ワークショップはメリットいっぱいの、ワクワク能動的なアクティビティ。楽しい！

色んな事に活用できる。ああ、ワークショップの魅力にはまりそう。
