ボランティアスピリット、時間管理

「ボランティアスピリット意見交換会」というのがあった。

班に分かれ班の中で意見を出しながら進んで行くワークショップ形式。
人の意見を聞きながら自分の意見を伝える勉強になるからすごく良いなと思う。

「ボランティアって日本語で表すと？」

「JICAボランティア活動の特徴とは？」

「JICAボランティアに求められる資質とは？」

というテーマで話合い、一回ごとに全体の班の発表を聞く。

そして全体の意見を聞いた後に順を追って次の話し合いに進んでいく。

すごい「自分で考えた・参加した」感！

ワークショップのやりかたについて困っていた私。

テクニカルクラスでひとり５個ずつワークショップを開く事になっている。

だから今回の講座はすごく勉強になった。

最初に身近な実例をあげて考えやすくしたり　

ポストイットで意見を出し易く見易くしたり。使えるアイディアがいっぱい。

今、時間マネージメントをどうするかという問題にぶち当たっている。

昨日は宿題が終わらせられなかった。

５個の宿題中２個（英日記とスピーチの準備）だけやって授業に臨んだ状態…。

先生は

「時間の使い方はスキルです、スキルを磨きましょう。

うまく行かなかったら方法を変えましょう。人それぞれ合った方法は違うのです」

「毎日１日の終わりに鏡を見て「幸せ？」と問いかけましょう。イエスと言えなかったら自分の生活を見直し何かを変えなければいけません。」

　

　私はとにかくこの日記と英語のジャーナルの宿題を最後にやる事にしよう。

リスニングやテキスト関係は常に持ち歩いてすきま時間を見つけて、夕食までにはほぼ終わらせる事。

あとその日どうやって時間を使ったか毎日記録につけよう。

問題があらい出せるはず。

　５分でできる事の多さよ。

「いつもギリギリであせってる人」にならない為に賢く時間配分や優先順位をつけスキルを磨きたい。

Volunteer Spirit - Time Management

      We had a group meeting where we exchanged  opinions with each other. 

 It was based on workshop style.

We made 10 groups, and then let the discussion  progress by listening to each other. 

I think it was good. I could learn a lot of things from this style.

「What is the meaning of "volunteer work"? 」

「what are the features of JICA volunteer work?」

「What's the crucial disposition of a JICA volunteer?」

We discussed  them, and after each topic, we shared the other's group's ideas.

I felt a great feeling of "join and think ". 

      Oh I was in a trouble. TIME-management trouble.

Yesterday I couldn't finish my homework.

I just finished 2/5 of my homework.

My English teacher said that

"Time management is a skill. Just improve the skill. If my time plan doesn’t go well change it."

I'll write this journal at the after doing my homework. And I'll try to finish the other homework during the daytime as much as possible. 

And I'm going to record HOW I used my time  during the day, at the end of the day.

   Even 5 minutes,  is long/time enough to do something. I should not overlook making use of even such a short time as this, from now on.
